Car Paint Shop
CEECO is performing the highest quality, best value paint jobs
in the United States. We challenge anyone to compare to our paint,
our price, or our commitment. CEECO paint employees have the knowledge,
dedication and expertise to make your project the best looking,
best protected asset in your fleet. CEECO will provide the highest
quality, most durable coating for locomotives, freight cars, or
specialty products. Our 11,000 square foot, environmentally controlled
and approved shop can handle all your blast, prep and paint work.
We guarantee satisfaction and results!
We use the best industrial high-solid coatings, epoxies and urethanes,
currently available for each technical situation. We are aggressive
in surface preparation, typically resulting in a higher surface
area profile, which accepts more primer with better adhesion. Sanding
between coats promotes coating mechanical and chemical adhesion
and provides superior impact resistance. We routinely apply a clear
coat application to each locomotive paint job for maximum finish
life and high gloss finish. Handrails, handles and other high wear
areas are final brush painted with a heavy coat to ensure maximum
coverage in these areas.
CAD generated vinyl graphics are created in-house.
Our quality and pricing has provided opportunity of long term painting
contracts with major railroads. We have also been trusted by new
locomotive manufacturers to provide final interior and exterior
painting of new locomotives prior to being delivered to the customer
for acceptance.
